about the shadow within you… / sobre la sombra dentro de tí…

Greetings dear ones, once again we will be discussing what you cannot see but feel deep within yourself.  It has been named “shadow” and sometimes “dark side”, other times different names which all add up to the same conclusion in your linear thinking… it is what you cannot see, yet it is much of what you express from within your being to the without, to so call it, your external world not being conscious but yet being manifested without the knowledge of it, being a reflection of what you are and what you need to acknowledge from the understanding of what has not been consciously seen or brought into light.

All is energy and all is a matter of focusing on a certain thought that brings out the manifestation of the energies that have been focused, which become particles, to call it separated from the whole, to become something or be alive… in different frequencies and in different forms, it creates form and it is created from a thought that you bring from your emotions that are brought to you thru the cells that carry the energies of that thought that keep recurring into your memories and showing up in your exterior to become something for you to see and express in the reality you have chosen to be in.

The memories in the cells carry your past, your present and your future, all in a simultaneous timing… what comes out from within you and creates a reality outside of yourself is what your memories are expressing as fragments of yourself that need to be integrated in your being.  Part of you that is not whole and pure, as we have mentioned this before.  To be whole you need to be pure, and it all comes from your thoughts that create an emotion thru the feeling of something that has already been lived within or without you and is not integrated, so it would be called your shadow self, what you cannot see but can see thru the expreriences you live on your day to day and how conscious you are of them is what will bring that shadow out into the light and make it visible for the integration to take place.

What all of you can irradiate as light is what cannot be seen thru the eye of the beholder, to put in a linear way is what the unmanifested thought (the shadow) has finally been acknowledged, has been seen with a clarity and purity of the self, without the emotions which come from your fears of what you have already experienced in many levels of your quantum field and you are beginning to take conscious of thru the process of understanding and integrating them in yourself as a conscious part of you that irradiates the clarity from within you.

The shadow is the unmanifested part of your being having been integrated thru the process of acceptance of your past, present and future as a whole in a manner of acceptance and allowance which generates a transformation/transmutation on your cells to clear the memories of what you still carry without being acknowledged of in your linear time and space and allowing them to express freely from within as part of the whole not a separate feeling from the emotion you are bringing from a reality that once was, is or will be.

We are all part of the Whole, we bring you courage and power for your integration with the self, thru the absorption of your unacclamined thinking, emotions and feelings… Let there be Light within you and let there be the Clarity and the understanding of what a gift it is to forsee the shadow/s you all carry within you! Bless them and let them be seen thru the eye of Love and Compassion, thru the Eye of understanding and allowing within you as the Sovereign beings you are.

May the understanding and the Light from within you be expressed without!

Saludos mis amad@s,  una vez más estaremos discutiendo lo que no se puede ver pero sí sentir desde muy dentro de ustedes.  Ha sido llamado “sombra” y a veces “lado oscuro”, u otros nombres con el mismo significado, en su pensamiento lineal.  Hace referencia a lo que no puedes ver,  y  expresa muchas cosas de tu mundo interno. Es lo que manifiestas de manera inconsciente, como un reflejo de lo que eres, pero que necesitas reconocer, traerlo a la Luz.

Ello es energía, sólo es cuestión de enfocarte en cierto pensamiento que la devele.  Dicha energía inconsciente es, por llamarlo de alguna manera, un conjunto de partículas separadas del TODO. Existiendo en variadas frecuencias y diferentes formas.  Así es como una forma es creada desde un pensamiento. Dicho pensamiento es generado a través de una emoción traída del pasado.  Tus células contienen la energía del pensamiento, el que se repite de manera recurrente en tu memoria y se manifiesta exteriormente, expresado en la realidad en la que vives, realidad que tú mismo elegiste.

Las memorias en tus células cargan con tu pasado, presente y futuro.  Todo en un tiempo simultáneo.

Estos fragmentos de tu lado oscuro,  conforman una parte de ti que no es pura y total, como ya antes fue mencionado. Dicha sombra en ti  es proyectada en personas, situaciones, diferentes realidades.  Es necesario puedas integrar la sombra, integrar los fragmentos a tu Ser.

Estar en totalidad es estar puro.

En un tiempo pasado viviste una emoción que no fue integrada a tu Ser. Una emoción o emociones desagradables pasaron a conformar tu lado oscuro. Un lado tuyo tan ensombrecido que te impide reconocer en la actualidad.

Sin embargo, cuando observas las experiencias de tu vida cotidiana, -tus proyecciones-, puedes tomar consciencia, sacar la sombra hacia la luz. En este momento de claridad la integración puede ser dada.

Cuando se logra tal reconocimiento, ya no hay más esa parte ensombrecida, en su lugar hay Luz, hay radiancia, no fácil de ver por el ojo común de los humanos.

Por fin la sombra ha sido vista con claridad y pureza del Ser. Ya no hay emociones de temor o miedo en tu campo cuántico. A  través del proceso de entender e integrar tus fragmentos, la conciencia se aclara, deja paso a la Luz, irradias Claridad.

La Sombra  es la parte no manifestada de tu Ser.  Habiendo sido integrada, a través del proceso de aceptación de tu pasado, presente y futuro en un todo,  con aceptación, se  genera una transmutación en tus células, se limpian las memorias de lo que todavía cargas en ti,  permites que se expresen desde adentro como parte del TODO, y no como un sentimiento separado.

Somos todos parte del TODO, te traemos Coraje y Poder para la integración de tu Ser a través de la absorción de  pensamientos, emociones y sentimientos no deseados.  Permite la Luz dentro de ti, la Claridad y el Entendimiento del regalo que es prever la/s sombra/s  que todos tienen dentro!  Bendícelas y permite sean vistas a través del ojo del Amor y la Compasión, a través del ojo del Entendimiento y Permiso dentro de ti, como los seres Soberanos que son.

Que el Entendimiento y la Luz de tu Ser, sea expresado afuera!
