How can we expand our minds and consciousness to the point where we are able to understand and expand what we thought into a new state of understanding?

That is where we begin to understand in a more expanded way, a more extensive and a higher understanding of where we are and where we belong... can you see the difference? can you see what it means to be expanded... how do you expand if it is not thru the understanding of what is ... the understanding with the acceptance from deep within your heart, deep within your Soul. Yes, Soul, since that is where all your memories exist and where they will be eternally... the expansion of your consciousness is thru the understanding and the feeling of the memories you have impregnated deep within you... once you see them, once you feel them... you recover all and integrate within your actual being in the timeline you are now at this moment... that is Oneness... being aware of yourself from the depths of your Soul... and the allowance of your heart...
